Get your Docal messages by email, set escalations to make sure tasks are competed in time and get email alerts in critical dates.
The Docal Agent for mail and escalation can do the following:
  • Send Docal messages by email, so they can be received by any system (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Gmail...)
  • Setting escalations to send reminders when tasks are not being completed in time
  • Send automated emails, like telling a customer his request has been received, including the eForm ID number
  • Send automated warning emails at specific dates if an eForm is still pending
  • Run in the background
