The Docal Agent for mail and escalation can do the following:

• Send Docal messages by email, so they can be received by any system (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Gmail...)
• Setting escalations to send reminders when tasks are not being completed in time
• Send automated emails, like telling a customer his request has been received, including the eForm ID number
• Send automated warning emails at specific dates if an eForm is still pending
• Run in the background
